Ethics has always been known for its universal nature. Local features nonetheless still reign supreme. One prerequisite for putting such matters into practice is to have in place a moral vision that is shared and, at one and the same time, respectful of diversity. With this in mind, a shared ethical approach is not only possible, but rather essential in a world in which intercommunication is ever-present and a diversity of opinions constantly emerges.
